Funding is available for learners aged 16+ who have not already achieved the same or a similar qualification, and who do not already possess all of the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required within the apprenticeship standard, making apprenticeships a highly cost-effective way to develop new and existing talent within your business.
Our programmes are delivered by our fully qualified assessor and trainer, Aaron Biggam.
With more than 20 years of delivery experience, Aaron brings extensive occupational expertise across a wide range of sectors. He also holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, ensuring a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout every programme delivered.
If you are looking to recruit an apprentice, we offer a professional recruitment service completely free of charge. Our recruitment process is managed by Marie Biggam, who brings over 18 years of experience within the FE sector. Marie works closely with employers to understand their business needs, helping identify motivated candidates with the right potential, skills, and attitude to become a valuable addition to your team.
All training is delivered directly within the workplace at your business location, providing a flexible and practical learning experience tailored to your organisation. Apprentices receive dedicated monthly face-to-face visits, typically lasting between 2–4 hours, allowing training and assessment to be seamlessly integrated into their day-to-day role while minimising disruption to your business operations.
We provide dedicated one-to-one learning and support for every apprentice, ensuring training is tailored to their individual role, ability, and development needs. This personalised approach allows learners to progress with confidence, receive regular feedback, and build the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to succeed in their role and achieve their apprenticeship standard to the highest possible level.
We also provide ongoing remote support between scheduled visits, ensuring apprentices and employers have continuous access to guidance when needed. This flexible approach helps to reinforce learning, answer questions promptly, and maintain steady progress throughout the programme, keeping apprentices on track and fully supported at every stage of their development.
If you're unsure about what type of training, such as apprenticeship training or on-site training, will work best for you, just tell us a little more about your needs. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the answers you need, including information about government funded apprenticeships.
